Trade stands for Pickering War weekend

Large trading area at Platform 3 for the 1940's wartime weekend, stands, cafe, homemade food, next to the railway.

Trade Stands

There is a large trading area at the Platform 3.  
 

Traders that came in 2019 were:

  • AJ's Supplies. World camo uniforms and boots, Post war surplus specialist
  • Greenzone, Signs, keyrings, ammo tins, ammo belts, targets etc.?
  • Foys Toys, Toy soldiers, vintage toys, vintage uniforms.
  • Wildebakery flapjack. Family artisan flapjack bakery with extensive range of unusual flavours.
  • Topper Hats, Hats accessories,parasols and seamed stockings
  • Magical tree vintageclothing and accessories. Vintage Harris tweed, gents vintage USA workware.
  • Dad's Army, Genuine military clothing and shoes.  Equipment / Ladies 1940 style clothing and accessories
  • Kettlecorn, Handmade kettlecorn made on site.
  • Timebomb vintage, 1940's vintage clothing and accessories
  • Allen Artley, Military and ladies/gents clothing.
  • Debbie Cade, Vintage clothing.
  • Lucias accessories, 1940's style lingerie and tin plates.
  • Button tin retro. Handmade vintage inspired clothing and accessories using unique fabrics.
  • Allen Miller, Toys, teddy's.
  • Foggy went courting.  Vintage menswear and accessories.
  • Snipper Alley, airsoft shooting range, children's toy guns and military clothing.
  • Norma Jeans, vintage retro clothing and hairdressing.
  • Frilly  Chantilly.
  • Angela Graham, Ava vintage.
  • Deborah Mottram,  1940's clothing etc

Polish sausages,

 Bigos = sliced polish sausage with potatoes, cabbage and carrots in a butter sauce.

Handmade burgers with salad, aged cheddar and a selection of pickles and coleslaw. 

Ribeye beef stew, with vegetables, gravy and crusty bread roll

 

Pop up cafe.  Selling bacon butties, tea/coffee and Paula's famous scones.

 

 

To get to the trading area from town walk past the railway station and it’s the next turn on the left.  Or go through the station, and down their car park which has trade stands and exhibits.  Go out the bottom of their car park and we are next.
